Mayday Cleaning Ltd considers that the selection and recruitment of employees is of paramount importance in delivering customer satisfaction.

Each employee completes an application form and provides references from previous employers. Each employee is engaged initially for a probationary period before confirmation of their Contract of Employment.

All cleaning operatives will be officially employed and will not be casual labour. They will receive thorough training and instruction with regard to the wishes and standards of the customer.

Each employee will be issued with, and must wear, liveried overalls to make them readily identifiable as employees of Mayday Cleaning Ltd.

You are assured that all Mayday employees are fully conversant with COSHH regulations and Health and Safety requirements, and are efficiently trained in the use of all machinery.
